The SCMC Board facilitates and oversees SCMC. It plans club activities, including social events, determines club procedures, and decides how to spend SCMC money. Board officers usually serve one year terms starting in April and assume office through informal volunteer process.

All SCMC members may attend board meetings, which are held the first Tuesday of each month at 7 PM at various locations. The SCMC Board strongly encourages all playgroup representatives to attend board meetings.
